Common use of Bumping Clause in Contracts

Bumping. (a) The Employee will select a range of bands for placement and bumping purposes. The Employee will be interviewed by the Department of Human Resources and will complete testing where required. Once the assessment process is completed, placement and bumping will commence. The Employee must be fully qualified in order to be considered for any identified position. For clarity, the range of bands includes the Employee's current band or their current band downwards.
