BUS DRIVER VACANCIES. All vacancies in full-time positions shall first be offered to employees on the basis of seniority. If a vacancy is denied to any employee, he/she shall be given reasons, in writing, for the denial. The Superintendent’s decision under this Section shall not be arbitrary or capricious.
