Business Continuity Allowance Sample Clauses

Business Continuity Allowance. Employees whose duties are crucial to continuity of business information systems are entitled to receive a business continuity allowance instead of other related allowances in this Agreement. Employees whose position description includes duties which are crucial for business continuity will receive an annual payment of 7% of the ordinary rate of pay in July each year for their involvement in the previous year. The business continuity allowance will be payable to an employee provided that the employee attends as required out of hours to ensure business continuity. This includes attendance at regularly scheduled systems outages.

  • Productivity Allowance A productivity allowance per hour worked will be paid to employees engaged upon construction work from the date of agreement. This allowance will not be subject to penalty addition and shall be in lieu of all or any Parent Award disability allowances, with the exception of the multi-storey allowance.
