– Business Plan Writing Seminars/Trainings. The Business Plan writing seminars/trainings are usually held for 2 or 3 days. Target groupwill vary upon the location. The target group in the larger municipalities such as Bitola, Prilep and Ohrid isprimarily young people, but not excluding other potential age groups who have a business idea and want to establish a new or innovative enterprise, or to develop their existing business.Special attention is targeted atwomen and vulnerable groups. In the rural areas the target group is young people with a business ideaspecial attention will be paid to women who want to start a business. Also individuals in the agro sector, but not excluding all other possible businesses that have potential in the respective area that is covered. The seminars/trainings are planned to be realized in groups of 15-20 participants per training. A total of 10 Business Plan writing seminars/trainingsare planned in 0000.Xx is anticipated that participants from the larger more established municipalities will pay a subsidized participation fee, whereas, if deemed necessary participants from smaller municipalities will only be promotional (subsidized). The objectives of the trainings are to: • Recognize, develop and improve the entrepreneurial skills of the target group • Create a draft business plan • Understand certain structures and principals in the entrepreneurial planning (“self-planning” especially in receiving plan above) • Clarify basic principals in the functioning of the market economy • Know how to do a market research • Calculate the primary costs • Prepare individually profit and loss statement • Using important instruments for financial analysis and planning • Establish a network of business contacts

  • Off the Job Training Where it is agreed that an employee undertakes job related training provided by the Employer or by a Third Party, that training may be undertaken either on or off the job. Where courses are available during normal working hours, the employee has first option of attending training at these times. If such training is undertaken during normal working hours, the employee concerned will not suffer any loss of pay. Where the Employer requires an employee to undertake mandatory job related training after hours, single time rates shall apply. Any costs associated with standard fees for prescribed courses and prescribed textbooks (except those textbooks which are available in the Employer's technical library) incurred in connection with the undertaking of training will be reimbursed by the Employer upon production of evidence of such expenditure. Provided that reimbursement will also be on an annual basis subject to the presentation of reports of satisfactory progress. Travel costs incurred by an employee undertaking training in accordance with this clause which exceed those normally incurred in travelling to and from work will be reimbursed by the Employer.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Seminars All Residency Candidates must attend any seminars scheduled during the semester. The seminars are designed to prepare the candidate for his/her Teacher Performance Assessment (edTPA) that is completed during Residency II. Failure to attend the Residency seminars will affect the candidate’s performance on the Teacher Performance Assessment and will affect the Teacher Candidate’s overall grade for the Clinical Residency Experience. This could also impact their ability to obtain licensure.

  • Board Member Training Within 90 days after the Effective Date, each member of the Board of Directors shall receive at least two hours of training. This training shall address the corporate governance responsibilities of board members, and the responsibilities of board members with respect to review and oversight of the Compliance Program. Specifically, the training shall address the unique responsibilities of health care Board members, including the risks, oversight areas, and strategic approaches to conducting oversight of a health care entity. This training may be conducted by an outside compliance expert hired by the Board and should include a discussion of the OIG’s guidance on Board member responsibilities.‌ New members of the Board of Directors shall receive the Board Member Training described above within 30 days after becoming a member or within 90 days after the Effective Date, whichever is later.
