PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:
Environmental and Social Safeguards 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall ensure that the Project is carried out and implemented in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Environmental Management Plan.
Procedural and Operational Requirements By accepting and using the Financial Assistance awarded under this Agreement and for this Program Element, LPHA agrees to conduct activities in accordance with the following requirements:
Professional Learning A. School-based Professional Learning
Contractual and Operational Compliance Audits (a) ICANN may from time to time (not to exceed twice per calendar year) conduct, or engage a third party to conduct, contractual compliance audits to assess compliance by Registry Operator with its representations and warranties contained in Article 1 of this Agreement and its covenants contained in Article 2 of this Agreement. Such audits shall be tailored to achieve the purpose of assessing compliance, and ICANN will (a) give reasonable advance notice of any such audit, which notice shall specify in reasonable detail the categories of documents, data and other information requested by ICANN, and
Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.
PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The parties’ support the principle of continuing training of teachers, participation by teachers in professional organizations in the areas of their specialization, leaves for work on advanced degrees or special studies, foreign travel and participation in community educational projects.
Professional Improvement Leave A teacher may be granted leave to be used for the teacher's professional improvement. Professional improvement days may be approved by the superintendent and used for the purpose of:
Noncompliance Standards The AGENCY shall be responsible for adhering to all terms and conditions of this Contract. Noncompliance may result in penalties as stipulated in Attachment “C”.
Professional Development and Training 4.1 The purpose of professional development and training requirements for interpreters is to maintain the skill levels interpreters possess at the time they pass their interpreter certification examination, and to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Both the State and the Union encourage interpreters to complete training and continuing education activities.
