Business sellers. For every sector committed in accordance with Section 2 (Establishment) or Section 3 (Cross-border Supply of Services) of this Chapter and subject to any reservations listed in Annexes XXVII-A and XXVII-E, and XXVII-B and XXVII-F to this Agreement, each Party shall allow the entry and temporary stay of business sellers for a period of up to 90 days in any 12 month period.
Business sellers. 5.1 All of the issued shares in the capital of each Business Seller is legally and beneficially owned by a Group Company free from Encumbrances.
5.2 Save as Disclosed, each Business Seller is the legal and beneficial owner of the Business Assets and Business Properties set out in Schedule 1, free and clear of Encumbrance.

a. A Party shall allow entry and temporary stay of business sellers of another Party for a period of up to ninety days in any twelve-month period.
b. A Party shall allow entry of business sellers without the requirement of a work permit, economic needs test or other prior approval procedures of similar intent.

Business sellers. 2.1 We provide the app only to enable transactions between you and sellers. Unless otherwise stated, we are not the seller of these goods and services, so the sale (including food sales) is solely between you and the seller. We will not be a party to the sale.
2.2 Any claims you may have for goods or services will be against the seller, and you indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim or loss that you may suffer by using the app to buy goods or services.
2.3 Despite not being a party to the sale (unless otherwise stated), we will facilitate the resolution of payment-related and other queries that you might have, in line with applicable rules.
2.4 Either we or the seller can fulfil delivery of the goods or services.
2.5 If the seller is responsible for delivery, the agreement for the delivery of the goods or services will be between you and the seller. We will not be a party to that agreement. Therefore, we will not accept liability for any delays, losses, damages or disputes of any nature arising from deliveries that sellers fulfil directly.
2.6 You will see the cost of delivery when check out, including whether we or the seller is responsible for the delivery.
2.7 If we are responsible for the delivery, you can direct any queries regarding the delivery to us.
Business sellers. For every sector committed in accordance with Chapters II Section A or III of this Title and subject to any reservations listed in their Annexes with commitments25 each Party
a) shall allow the entry and temporary stay of Business Sellers for a period of up to ninety days in any twelve month period; and
b) shall not maintain or adopt measures either on the basis of a territorial subdivision or on the basis of its entire territory, which are defined as 24 If a Party set out a reservation in Annex I, Xxxxx XX or Xxxxx XXX, the reservation also constitutes a reservation to this article to the extent that the measure set out in or permitted by the reservation affects the treatment of a natural person for business purposes entering and temporary staying in the territory of the other Party.

1. The Parties affirm their respective obligations arising from their commitments under the WTO General Agreement on Trade in Services as regards the entry and temporary stay of contractual service suppliers.
2. In accordance with Annexes VIII-D and VIII-G, each Party shall allow the supply of services into their territory by contractual service suppliers of the other Party, subject to the following conditions:
(a) the natural persons are engaged in the supply of a service on a temporary basis as employees of a juridical person which has obtained a service contract not exceeding 12 months;
