Buyer's Personnel Transportation. When flight crew, flight attendant, dispatch and maintenance Training is done at ATC-Toulouse, the Seller will provide free-of-charge local transportation by bus for the Buyer's trainees to and from designated pick-up points and the training center. The Seller will also provide each flight crew with a rental car (with unlimited mileage, the Buyer paying for gas) or taxi transportation at the end of ground school to enable crews to attend either simulator or flight sessions. When training is done at ATC-Miami, the Seller will provide a free-of- charge rental car (with unlimited mileage, the Buyer paying for gas) or taxi transportation for all of the Buyer's trainees, at the beginning of the Training course. Due to local laws, the Buyer's trainees must be over twenty-one (21) years of age to drive rental cars.

Buyer's Personnel Transportation. (i) When training is performed in Toulouse, France, the Seller shall provide free of charge local transportation by bus for the Buyer's trainees to and from designated pick up points and the training center. The Seller shall also provide each flight crew with a rented car or taxi transportation as from the beginning of the Fixed Base Simulator (FBS) phase of the course to enable the crew to attend either simulator or flight sessions at any time.

  • Use of Electrical Services by Tenant Tenant's use of electrical services furnished by Landlord shall be subject to the following:

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the staff and personnel of the Advisor shall be deemed to include persons employed or retained by the Advisor to furnish statistical information, research, and other factual information, advice regarding economic factors and trends, information with respect to technical and scientific developments, and such other information, advice and assistance as the Advisor or the Trust’s Board of Trustees may desire and reasonably request and any compliance staff and personnel required by the Advisor.
