By Executive without Cause. The Executive may terminate his employment hereunder with thirty (30) days notice at any time.
By Executive without Cause. Executive may resign without cause upon sixty (60) days' written notice to Company. If Executive resigns without cause, Executive shall be entitled to receive all accrued salary, benefits, and vested stock options, and accrued Paid Time Off, other vacation and/or sick pay benefits through the date of resignation.
By Executive without Cause. By Executive at any time upon ninety (90) days' notice to Corporation. Executive shall not be entitled to any severance in the event of such a termination.
By Executive without Cause. This Agreement may be terminated by Executive prior to the expiration of the term hereof upon not less than sixty (60) days prior written notice. Notwithstanding the forgoing, however, in the event that Executive gives notice of his intent to terminate this Agreement Employer may elect, in its sole discretion, to terminate this Agreement and Executive's employment hereunder at any time after receipt of notice from Executive.
By Executive without Cause. Notwithstanding any other provision in the Amended Agreement, Executive may terminate his employment without cause upon sixty (60) days' written notice to Company. Company shall pay Executive all accrued salary, vacation or other pay, expenses, benefits, and vested stock options, through the date of termination.
By Executive without Cause. Executive may terminate her employment for other than Good Reason prior September 30, 2012. In the event the Executive terminates her employment for other than Good Reason prior to September 30, 2012, then Executive will have been considered to have terminated her employment without cause. In such case, the Executive shall be considered to have resigned effective immediately and except as provided in Section 6, shall be entitled to no further salary or benefits other than those previously accrued but unpaid through the date of termination.
By Executive without Cause. The Executive may, at any time, terminate his employment hereunder without Cause and without the requirement of any reason or justification, upon not less than thirty (30) days’ written notice.
By Executive without Cause. The Executive may terminate his employment hereunder with thirty (30) days’ notice at any time. The Company shall pay Executive the compensation to which he is entitled pursuant to Section 5.1 through the end of the last day of employment in connection with such termination.
By Executive without Cause. Executive may resign his employment without breaching this Agreement at anytime by giving Employer Notice of Termination no less than 90 days before the last date Executive intends to work for Employer. If Executive resigns his employment, except as required by law (e.g., continuation of health insurance under COBRA), Employer will have no obligation to provide compensation, stock options or benefits to Executive after the Date of Termination
By Executive without Cause. The Executive may terminate this agreement anytime during the Term by providing the Company thirty (30) days written notice. In the event the Executive's provides such notice to end his employment without cause, (i) he shall be entitled to his then current Annual Salary (through the date of termination given by Executive) and bonus (prorated through the date of termination given by Executive) pursuant to Section 3(e) through the date of the termination of his employment under this Section 4(e), (ii) all unvested or unexercisable options as of the date of termination under this Section 4(e) shall be forfeited and (iii) all previously vested options as of the date of termination under this Section 4(e) shall remain exercisable for a period of 90 days following such date.
