Bylaws and Policies. The Board, from time to time, may adopt bylaws and policies for the conduct of the Authority's affairs, provided that they are not inconsistent with this Agreement.

Bylaws and Policies. The WSA undertakes to timeously, promulgate all by-laws and adopt all policies in accordance with National Legislation, Provincial Legislation and Municipal Code.
