C hoice of Law. The domestic law of the state in which may update the URL from time to time, and the updated URL shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting, with or without actual notice to Customer. the Services are provided shall govern the construction, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement, except to the extent superseded by federal law.
13.5 E ntire Understanding. The Agreement constitutes the
C hoice of Law. All terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to its conflict of law provisions, except to the extent that federal law governs. The adequacy of the Settlement, any determination regarding Class Counsel’s fees and expenses, and any Incentive Payment shall be governed by federal law.
C hoice of Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Connecticut. It is agreed that any questions of interpretation of this Agreement or actions brought pursuant to this Agreement shall be according to Connecticut law.
C hoice of Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to any other applicable choice of law provisions.
C hoice of Law. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the substantive and common law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, exclusive of choice of law principles.
C hoice of Law. These terms and conditions and all associated SOW(s) shall be governed under the laws of Missouri without regard for its choice of law principles. Client agrees that any legal action involving these terms and conditions or SOW(s) in any way will be instituted in a court of competent jurisdiction located in St. Louis, Missouri, and Client consents to jurisdiction of the state or Federal courts in the State of Missouri over Client's person for purpose of such legal action.
C hoice of Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware applicable to agreements made and performed wholly with that State, and without regard to choice of law rules.
C hoice of Law. This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of California. Any lawsuit relating to this Agreement shall be instituted in a state or federal court in the Northern District of California, and the Parties irrevocably consent and waive all objections to the jurisdiction of any such court.

Except to the extent superseded by the federal law, this Business Associate Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to choice of laws principles; provided, however, that for the purposes of privacy rights of Individuals, the law of the state in which the Individual resided during the event(s) giving rise to the need to determine the rights under this Agreement shall apply.
C hoice of Law. Notwithstanding Paragraph 14 of Exhibit C (General Terms and Conditions), this Agreement shall be administered, construed, and enforced according to the laws of the State of California (without regard to any conflict of laws provisions) to the extent such laws have not been preempted by applicable federal law. Any suit brought hereunder, including any action to compel arbitration or to enforce any award or judgment rendered thereby, shall be brought in state court sitting in Sacramento, California, the parties hereby waiving any claim or defense that such forum is not convenient or proper.
