Cadillac Place Committee. The parties agree to continue the Cadillac Place Health and Safety Committee. The Local Union may designate one (1) Health and Safety Representative from each Department housed in the Cadillac Place to serve on the Committee. The Employer may have an equal number of representatives, which shall include a representative from the Department of Technology, Management and Budget. The purpose of said Committee will be to meet and confer on mutual health and safety concerns. Meetings shall be held quarterly or more often when mutually agreed to. Agenda items will be submitted in writing by either party at least fourteen (14) calendar days in advance of the meeting.

  • Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.

  • Local Professional Development Committee 1. The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) shall be established to oversee and review professional development plans pursuant to ORC 3319.22.

  • Professional Development Committee There shall be a Professional Development Committee composed of two (2) members of the Association one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate and two (2) representatives of the Hospital one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and one human resources representative.

  • Association-Management Committee There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) nurse representatives and the Employer representatives. The Committee shall meet every two months unless otherwise mutually agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to the Employer nursing or matters relating to the interpretation or administration of the Agreement. The Committee shall promote and provide for effective and meaningful communication.

  • Executive Committee (A) The Executive Committee shall be composed of not more than nine members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.

  • Union Committee ‌ The Union shall appoint and maintain a Committee comprising persons who are employees of the Employer, and/or the Senior Union Official, or her/his representative, which shall be known as the Union Committee. The Union at all times shall keep the Employer informed of the individual membership of the Committee.
