Common use of Cafeteria Insurance Plan Clause in Contracts

Cafeteria Insurance Plan. The Board agrees to provide all regular, full time classified personnel who work a minimum of six (6) hours per day with a Cafeteria Insurance Plan with the present level of coverage and benefits at a cost to the Board of $300 per employee with any remaining costs to be borne by the employee. Classified personnel working less than six (6) hours and who were employed after September 1, 1987, shall receive a pro-rated portion of this benefit according to the number of hours worked. Any anticipated changes to the Cafeteria Insurance Plan shall be subject to negotiations. Notwithstanding the above, the employee shall not be required to fund any type of administrative costs related to any benefits selected from offerings under this plan
