Calculation of period of service. 22.2.1. Where an employee's continuity of service is maintained under this Clause, the period of absence from work is not to be taken into account in working out the period of the employee's service with the employer except: 21.2.1.1 to the extent that the employee receives or is entitled to receive pay for the period 21.2.1.2 where the absence results from the employer's decision to stand down the employee without pay.
