Calculation of Service Credit. An amount equal to 25% of the monthly Subscription Fee will be available as a Service Credit to Client based on the amount by which Service Availability fails to achieve the stated uptime for the Licensed Product in accordance with Standard Support as set for on Schedule “A”. Service Credits will be applied to the immediately succeeding month’s Subscription Fees.

Calculation of Service Credit. The Service Credit shall be calculated by multiplying the Service Credit Percentage due times the portion of the Monthly Recurring Charges applicable to the Services that failed to meet the Uptime Percentage.
