Common use of Calculation of Sick Leave and Vacation Clause in Contracts

Calculation of Sick Leave and Vacation. For the purposes of computing sick leave and vacation entitlement, an employee who commences employment during the period from the first to fifteenth of the month, will receive credit for the month's service.
