CALL BACK FOR MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES. The relevant Award provisions will apply, with the following exceptions: a) An employee recalled to work overtime after leaving the employer’s enterprise, whether notified before or after leaving the enterprise, must be paid for a minimum of 4 hours work at the rate of 200% per call back. b) An employee will not be required to work for the full 4 hours if the job is completed within a shorter period. c) This provision shall not apply in the case of overtime, pursuant to 25.2.
