Call-Back Policy Explanation. 15.2.1 An employee who is required to return to work a second time within four (4) hours of time worked under one of the conditions set out above shall not receive an additional three (3) hours minimum credit for such second call, but shall be compensated for hours actually worked. 15.2.2 Call-Back “appropriate overtime rate” means that: ▪ a 37.5 hour per week employee shall receive two and one-half (2.5) hours at straight time and one-half (.5) hour at time and one-half if all other “hours actually worked” conditions have been met during the workweek; or ▪ a 40 hour per week employee shall receive three (3.0) hours at time and one-half if all other “hours actually worked” conditions have been met during the workweek; and ▪ for purposes of computing overtime payment for other “hours actually worked” during the workweek when the Call-Back occurs, if the employee does not “actually work” for the full three (3.0) hours for which the minimum Call-Back is paid, only those hours actually worked during the Call-Back shall be additive to other potential overtime hours actually worked during the workweek.
