Common use of Call In/Call Back Pay Clause in Contracts

Call In/Call Back Pay. If an employee is called in on emergency work without prior notice, or is called back with prior notice to report at a specific time after completing a regular shift, the employee will be paid at the overtime rate for the hours worked, but the total pay for such work will not be less than a sum equivalent to four (4) hours at the regular rate.
