Call Back Where employees are called back to work after having completed a regular shift, and prior to the commencement of their next regular shift, they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours of work or four (4) hours pay at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) their regular hourly earnings. Superior provisions shall remain.
Call Backs 9.1 Call-back occurs when the employee:
Call Out (a) With the exception of call-out, an employee who reports for work and on reporting to work finds no work available, shall be entitled to two (2) hours’ pay at their regular rate of pay. This payment shall not apply if, during the preceding workday, the Employer has notified the employee not to report for work on the day following. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, it shall be the intent of the Employer to notify an employee as to work assignments for the following day as soon as requirements are known.
CALL OFF PROCEDURE 4.1 If the Authority or any Other Contracting Body decides to source any of the Goods and/or Services through this Framework Agreement, then it shall be entitled at any time in its absolute and sole discretion during the Framework Period to award Call Off Agreements for the Goods and/or Services from the Supplier by following Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure).
REPORTING AND CALL BACK TIME 11.1 Reporting time pay is contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.
Emergency Call Back Employees called back by the District in emergency situations shall be guaranteed four (4) hours work, or equivalent compensatory time off, or salary compensation as mutually agreed by the District and the employee.
Call Outs a) Employees who have performed a regular shift and who respond to a request to return to work additional time shall be compensated as follows:
Call Back Number A telephone number that can be used by the PSAP to re-contact the location from which a 911/E-911 Call was placed. The telephone number may or may not be the telephone number of the station used to originate the 911/E-911 Call.
Call-Out Time Where an Employee is called out for work, and no work is performed, he shall be paid four (4) hours except in the case of inclement weather, then he shall be paid only two (2) hours:
Objections to Settlement 7.7.1 Only Participating Class Members may object to the class action components of the Settlement and/or this Agreement, including contesting the fairness of the Settlement, and/or amounts requested for the Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and/or Class Representative Service Payment.
