Call Rates. ICS shall provide calling services to retail consumers at the rates and charges set forth on Exhibit C, attached hereto. ICS may permit certain consumers to be billed on a collect basis and reserves the right to establish thresholds for the level of any collect call credit to be allowed for such billed consumers. Rates and charges may be subject to change based on an order or rule of a regulatory authority having applicable jurisdiction.

Call Rates. ICS shall provide collect calling services to End-Users, on both a pre-paid and post-billed basis, at the rates and charges set forth on Exhibit C, attached hereto. ICS reserves the right to establish thresholds for the level of collect call credit to be allowed by the billed consumer. Rates and charges may be subject to change based on an order or rule of a regulatory authority having applicable jurisdiction.
Call Rates. Prepaid calling within the U.S. $0.20 per minute Prepaid International Calling Begins @ $1.00 per minute, a list of countries and costs will be Response time: Video Visitation session interruption or video/audio playback failure: 72 hours An individual phone or video visitation outage: 24 hours Section of the building outage: 4 hours Complete system wide outage: 2 hours A routine service failure with no impact on the administrative functions of the system such as an individual phone outage, repair time is 24 hours. A violation (or combination of violations) of the above service levels that continue uncorrected for a period of twenty (20) days shall be deemed a material failure of the vendor to perform its obligations under this Agreement. CPC and Customer mutually agree that Integrated Consultants will serve as the on-site IT Contractor. Integrated Consultants, pursuant to it’s own services agreement, will be the initial point of contact for support issues resulting from the services provided in this Agreement. Customer acknowledges Integrated Consultants’ agreement to be available for any initial onsite service needs 24/7/365.

  • Discount Rates 1.1 The discount rates applied to Comcast Phone purchases of BellSouth Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit E. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes. 1.2 The telecommunications services available for purchase by Comcast Phone for the purposes of resale to Comcast Phone’s End Users shall be available at BellSouth’s tariffed rates less the discount set forth in Exhibit E to this Agreement and subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • Supported wage rates Employees to whom this clause applies shall be paid the applicable percentage of the minimum rate of pay prescribed by this Agreement for the class of work which the person is performing according to the following schedule: * (Provided that the minimum amount payable shall be not less than $45 per week). Where a person’s assessed capacity is 10%, they shall receive a high degree of assistance and support.

  • Financial Ratios Any financial ratios required to be maintained by any Loan Party pursuant to this Agreement shall be calculated by dividing the appropriate component by the other component, carrying the result to one place more than the number of places by which such ratio is expressed herein and rounding the result up or down to the nearest number (with a rounding-up if there is no nearest number).

  • Calculation Dates The interest rate applicable to each Interest Reset Period will be determined by the Calculation Agent on or prior to the Calculation Date (as defined below), except with respect to LIBOR, which will be determined on the particular Interest Determination Date. Upon request of the Holder of a Floating Rate Note, the Calculation Agent will disclose the interest rate then in effect and, if determined, the interest rate that will become effective as a result of a determination made for the next succeeding Interest Reset Date with respect to such Floating Rate Note. The “Calculation Date”, if applicable, pertaining to any Interest Determination Date will be the earlier of: (1) the tenth calendar day after the particular Interest Determination Date or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day; or (2) the Business Day immediately preceding the applicable Interest Payment Date or the Maturity Date, as the case may be.
