Camera Lowering Device. Provide a complete camera lowering device (CLD) system, including tenon assembly, tenon plate, pulley and winch system, camera junction box, and prewired composite cable providing power, video, and communications between the controller and camera. Provide CLD compatible with the existing structure and the proposed dome camera. Determine the bolt pattern of the existing tenon and pole top plates and verify compatibility of proposed CLD. Confirm that the pole diameter is sufficient to accommodate the winch and motor assembly completely within the existing pole. Provide oil based sealed, self-lubricated bearings, oil tight bronze bearings or sintered bronze bushings with all pulleys for the CLD. Provide a minimum of 1/8” diameter stainless steel aircraft cable for the lowering cable with a minimum breaking strength of 1,740 lbs., with seven (7) strands of 19 wire each. Protect all electrical and communication connections between the fixed and lowerable portion of the contact block from exposure to the weather with a waterproof seal to prevent degradation of electrical contacts exceeding the ingress protection rating IP64. For electrical connections between the fixed and movable lowering device components, include a disconnect unit and provide transmission of Power-over Ethernet (XxX) signal for video, power, and operation of dome environmental controls. Provide interface and locking components made of stainless steel. Provide a suspension contact unit with a load capacity of 600 lbs. with a minimum of 4-to-1 safety factor. Manufacture all external components out of corrosion-resistant materials and protect them from the environment. Mount the CLD according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Install the CLD such that the camera will be positioned on the opposite side and not above the pole access door and technician personnel can safely operate the winch assembly to lower the camera. Configure the lowering device such that only the lowering cable is in motion inside the pole when the lowering device is operated, and all other cables remain stable and secure during lowering and raising operations. Label all wire leads with their function, label spares as spares. Install the correct length of lowering cable to prevent cable slack and to prevent the cable from jumping off the winch spool, such that the lowering cable strands do not twist or unwind when the lowering device is operated. The Engineer shall provide a preliminary layout for initial review and approval by the State. The Engineer shall prepare circuit wiring diagrams showing the number of luminaries on each circuit, electrical conductors, length of runs, service pole assemblies. Underpass lighting must be used on all structures within each project. The Engineer shall integrate existing illumination within the project limits into the proposed design. The Engineer shall coordinate with the State to determine the location of proposed high- mast, conventional, and underpass lighting.

  • CONTRACTOR PORTABLE DEVICES Contractor shall not place Data on any portable Device unless Device is located and remains within Contractor’s CONUS Data Center. For Authorized Users subject to ITS policies, the Data, and/or the portable device containing the Data, shall be destroyed in accordance with applicable ITS destruction policies (ITS Policy S13-003 Sanitization/Secure Disposal and S14-003 Information Security Controls or successor) when the Contractor is no longer contractually required to store the Data. TRANSFERRING OF DATA General Except as required for reliability, performance, security, or availability of the services, the Contractor will not transfer Data unless directed to do so in writing by the Authorized User. All Data shall remain in CONUS. At the request of the Authorized User, the Contractor will provide the services required to transfer Data from existing Databases to physical storage devices, to facilitate movement of large volumes of Data. The Authorized User may require several Cloud providers to share or transfer Data for a period of time. This will be provided for in the Authorized User Agreement or shall be assumed to be limited to a six month duration. Transfer of Data at End of Contract and/or Authorized User Agreement Term At the end of the Contract and/or Authorized User Agreement term, Contractor may be required to facilitate transfer of Data to a new Contractor. This transfer must be carried out as specified by the Authorized User in the Authorized User Agreement. Transfer of Data; Charges Contractor cannot charge for the transfer of Data unless the charges are provided for in response to an Authorized User RFQ. Transfer of Data; Contract Breach or Termination Notwithstanding Section 3.6.3, in the case of Contract breach or termination for cause of the Contract, all expenses for the transfer of Data shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.

  • Generator Subject to the provisions of this Section 29.36, Tenant shall be entitled to install, operate and maintain a generator and any other equipment related thereto, including, without limitation, a fuel system, wiring and shaft space (“Generator”) next to the Building at Tenant’s sole cost and expense (without paying any additional fee or rental to Landlord for the use thereof). Prior to the installation of the Generator, Tenant shall inspect the proposed location to determine a suitable location for the Generator, and Tenant shall submit written plans and specifications relative to the type, size and proposed location (including any proposed screening) of the Generator to Landlord for its review and written approval. Tenant shall be solely responsible for the cost of acquisition, installation, operation, and maintenance of the Generator; and Tenant shall install, maintain and operate the Generator in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, including without limitation, obtaining and maintaining any and all permits, approvals and licenses required to install and operate the Generator by any governmental authority having jurisdiction. Landlord and Tenant agree that, upon the expiration of earlier termination of the Lease Term, Tenant shall not be required to remove the Generator, any associated cabling, wiring and screening or other improvements. Tenant shall not be entitled to grant or assign to any third party (other than a permitted assignee of Tenant’s rights under the Lease or a permitted subtenant relative to the Premises (or a portion thereof)) the right to use the Generator without Landlord’s prior written consent (which consent may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s discretion). Upon reasonable advance notice to Tenant (and provided Landlord reasonably coordinates with Tenant and provides an alternate source of backup generator capacity during said transition), Landlord shall be entitled to cause the Generator to be moved to another location near the Building, at Landlord’s cost and expense. Tenant shall pay all personal property taxes on the Generator. Tenant shall also pay any increases in the real property taxes of the Building due to the installation of the Generator within thirty (30) days of receipt of notice from Landlord which includes proof of such increase in taxes. Tenant’s indemnity obligations under Section 5.4.1.5 of the Lease, relating to the use of Hazardous Materials, shall apply to the use and operation of the Generator. Finally, Tenant’s insurance obligations under Section 10.3 of the Lease shall apply to the Generator.

  • Reactivation To reactivate suspended Service, you must bring your account current through the month of reactivation by making payment in full of any outstanding balance, fees and other applicable charges. In addition, we may require a deposit before reactivating your Service. The amount of the deposit will not exceed one year of monthly fees. Any amounts deposited by you will appear on your statement as a credit, and service charges and other fees will be invoiced as described above. If you fail to pay any amount on a subsequent xxxx, the unpaid amount will be deducted each billing cycle from the credit amount. Credit amounts will not earn or accrue interest.
