Camouflage/Concealment. Equipment shall, to the extent possible, match the appearance and design of existing Town Facilities or third-party poles near the Wireless Site and, when not technically practicable, the Equipment shall use camouflage design techniques including without limitation the use of materials, colors, textures, screening, landscaping, or other design options that will blend the Equipment to the surrounding natural setting and as-built environment. Camouflage design may be of heightened importance where findings of particular sensitivity are made (e.g., proximity to historic or aesthetically significant structures, views, or community features).

  • Publikace (a) The Institution and the Investigator acknowledge that the Study is part of a multicenter trial and as such may not publish prior to the multicenter publication and in the event there is no multicenter publication after twenty four (24) months of Study end. Publications and presentations derived from the Study should include input from the Investigator, his/her colleagues, other investigators in this Study, and the Sponsor personnel. Such input should be reflected in publication authorship and agreement regarding order of authors should be established before writing a manuscript and will be consistent with generally accepted scientific standards. The investigators interested in participating in, presenting, and/or writing a manuscript should contact the Sponsor. Selection of authors will be governed by the Sponsor, based on the individual contribution to the Study. Publikace a prezentace vyplývající ze Studie by měly zahrnovat vstup od Hlavního zkoušejícího, jeho kolegů, ostatních zkoušejících v této Studii a zaměstnanců Zadavatele. Tento vstup by měl být zohledněn v autorství publikace a před napsáním rukopisu by měla být uzavřena dohoda o pořadí autorů dle všeobecně přijímaných vědeckých standardů. Zkoušející, kteří mají zájem o účast, prezentaci a (nebo) napsání rukopisu by měli kontaktovat Zadavatele. Autory vybere Zadavatel Studie v závislosti na individuálním podílu na Studii.
