Common use of Camps Clause in Contracts

Camps. a) Camps are not permitted within eighty (80) road kilometres of Regina or Saskatoon. b) In the event a camp is being contemplated, CLR and the SPB and CTC will meet to discuss the feasibility of a camp. Prior to a camp being built, it must be approved by the CLR and the SPB & CTC. c) All camps shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the camp standards of the Saskatchewan Provincial Building and Construction Trades Council. These standards are to be used as the minimum standards required for camps. d) Where a camp kitchen is established, a local resident Employee shall be entitled to a noon meal at no cost.
