Campus Day. The regular day shift is from 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. however it may consist of eight (8) working hours between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. as scheduled by the department head, excluding a thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period. Management may establish, or discontinue, shift hours other than the established shift hours upon appropriate notice to employees as referenced in Section E. above. Evening: 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Night: 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. No shift differential shall be paid when the entire eight (8) hour shift falls between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Shift differential for all shifts shall be paid in accordance with Article 40, Shift Differential.

Campus Day. 18.1.1 The professional responsibilities for a full-time employee shall be seven and one-half (7.5) hours of school-based service per day inclusive of at least a forty (40) minute duty-free lunch period. 18.1.2 The seven and one-half (7.5) hours of school-based services shall include but not be limited to the following:

  • Business Day For purposes of these By-Laws, “Business Day” shall mean any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close.

  • Local Business Day The definition of Local Business Day in Section 14 is hereby amended by the addition of the words “or any Credit Support Document” after “Section 2(a)(i)” and the addition of the words “or Credit Support Document” after “Confirmation”.

  • Non-Business Day If any payment of principal or interest on any Loan or of any other Obligation shall fall due on a day which is not a Business Day, interest or fees (as applicable) at the rate, if any, such Loan or other Obligation bears for the period prior to maturity shall continue to accrue on such Obligation from the stated due date thereof to and including the next succeeding Business Day, on which the same shall be payable.

  • Next Business Day Whenever any payment or other obligation hereunder shall be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Central Time After all Parties have been notified, the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Section 2.1 shall apply.”

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons.

  • Opening of Tenders 2.20.1 The Procuring entity will open all tenders in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend, at (the place specified in the invitation to tender). The tenderers’ representatives who are present shall sign a register evidencing their attendance. 2.20.2 The tenderers’ names, tender modifications or withdrawals, tender prices, discounts and the presence or absence of requisite tender security and such other details as the Procuring entity, at its discretion, may consider appropriate, will be announced at the opening. 2.20.3 The Procuring entity will prepare minutes of the tender opening.

  • Day not a Business Day If any day on or before which any action or notice is required to be taken or given hereunder is not a Business Day, then such action or notice shall be required to be taken or given on or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest ‌ (a) When a paid holiday falls on a regular full-time employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu of the holiday. (b) If a regular full-time employee is called in to work on the day designated as the lieu day pursuant to (a) above, he/she shall be compensated at time and one-half for all hours worked.
