Campus President. 9.8 a. Since time is frequently of the essence in rendering a remedy that is meaningful for both the grievant and the CSU, the President and the grievant may mutually agree to forego the Level II meeting based on the CSU Level I response and the grievance shall automatically be elevated to Level III, Office of the Chancellor.
