Canadian Armed Forces Leave. 3.12.1 Leave of absence without pay shall be granted to an eligible Employee who is called for required training or to active duty as a Reservist in the Canadian Armed Forces. An Employee applying for such leave must advise the Employer at least four (4) weeks, but in any case not less than two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of the leave. The Employee must provide formal confirmation from the Canadian Armed Forces.
