CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION REQUESTS. Client acknowledges that it may not be possible to cancel or modify an order. Client understands and agrees that, if an order cannot be canceled or modified, Client is bound by any execution of the original order. GMI is not liable to Client if GMI is unable to cancel or modify an order. Client further acknowledges that attempts to modify or cancel and replace an order can result in an over-execution of the order, or the execution of duplicate orders, that GMI’s systems do not prevent over-execution on duplicate orders from occurring, and that Client shall be responsible for all such executions. Client agrees not to assume that any order has been executed or cancelled until Client has received confirmation from GMI with regard to order execution. Client is responsible for knowing the status of Client ‘s pending orders before entering additional orders. Client agrees to contact GMI in the event Client is unclear on the status of an order. Client agrees to regularly review Client’s online Account Statement to confirm the status of Client’s orders. Each Transaction that is opened or closed for Client’s account is valid and binding on Client, notwithstanding whether the opening or closing of the Transaction causes Client’s account to exceed any credit or other limit GMI has imposed on Client. Each Transaction is also valid and binding on Client regardless of whether it is the result of an inaccuracy or mistake made by Client.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION REQUESTS. The Customer agrees that the Company cannot guarantee that the Customer’s request to cancel or modify an order the Customer placed will be effective, regardless of whether such request was submitted prior to receiving notice that the order was executed or not. The Customer also acknowledges that a requested cancellation or modification of a prior order will not be effected unless the Company has had sufficient time to forward the request to the relevant Marketplace, the request was received by the Marketplace, and the Marketplace has matched the request to the relevant Marketplace, the request with the Customer’s order before it was executed. The Company does not warrant that the Marketplace will match the Customer’s cancellation or modification request with the Customer’s prior order, regardless of whether such a request was received by the same Marketplace before the order was executed. The Customer further acknowledges that attempts to modify, cancel or replace an order may result in an over-execution of the order or the execution of duplicate orders and the Customer shall be responsible for all such executions. 17. Order Routing a) All the orders of the Customer shall be executed on first come first served basis. b) Order routing system is protected. When a Customer’s order is entered into the system and transmitted for execution, the identity of the Customer remains anonymous. c) In addition to that, the Company has full discretion to provide the best execution order routing option whereby the Company’s system attempts to seek the best available terms for the Customer’s order without any guarantee thereof by the Company. 18. Restrictions on Trading Neither the Company nor its officers, directors, employees, brokers or third party providers will be deemed to have received neither instructions nor orders given by the Customer until the Company has actual knowledge of such instructions or orders and its content in accordance with this clause. All trading instructions and orders shall be communicated by the Customer through the trading platform and/or website and/or by telephone using the telephone numbers provided on the Website. The Company will not and/or has no obligation to the Customer’s orders instructed by email or voice mail even if the Company is in possession of or has actual knowledge of such email or voice-mail instructions or orders. A requested cancellation or modification of a prior order will not be effected unless we have had sufficient time to forward the request to the actual parties responsible for executing the transaction, the request is received in the marketplace, and the marketplace has matched the request with the account order(s) before it is executed. We cannot guarantee that the marketplace or a mutual fund company will match a cancellation or modification request with respect to a prior order, even if such request is received by the same marketplace or mutual fund company before the order is executed. Therefore, no assumption can be made that a prior order has been canceled or modified until there is actual receipt of a trade confirmation from us. You shall have full responsibility for any orders entered, even if we are unable to cancel or modify the order prior to execution.

CUSTOMER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ATTEMPTS TO MODIFY OR CANCEL AND REPLACE AN ORDER CAN RESULT IN AN OVER EXECUTION OF THE ORDER, OR THE EXECUTION OF DUPLICATE ORDERS, THAT LOGIPIP’S SYSTEMS DO NOT PREVENT OVER EXECUTION ON DUPLICATE ORDERS FROM OCCURRING, AND THAT CUSTOMER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SUCH EXECUTIONS. CUSTOMER AGREES NOT TO ASSUME THAT ANY ORDER HAS BEEN EXECUTED OR CANCELLED UNTIL CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM LOGIPIP WITH REGARD TO ORDER EXECUTION. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE STATUS OF CUSTOMER‘S PENDING ORDERS BEFORE ENTERING ADDITIONAL ORDERS. CUSTOMER AGREES TO CONTACT LOGIPIP IN THE EVENT CUSTOMER IS UNCLEAR ON THE STATUS OF AN ORDER. CUSTOMER AGREES TO REGULARLY REVIEW CUSTOMER’S ONLINE ACCOUNT STATEMENT TO CONFIRM THE STATUS OF CUSTOMER’S ORDERS.
