CANCELLATION BY HIRER. 3.01 If the Hirer wishes to cancel the Hiring in whole or in part the Hirer must give to the Parish Priest notice to that effect
3.02 If such notice is given not later than one month prior to the Period of the Hiring and if the Diocese is able to effect an alternative hiring then the Diocese will refund to the Hirer the Fee less a 10% administration charge but otherwise the Diocese will be entitled to retain the whole of the Fee

CANCELLATION BY HIRER. The hirer may cancel a booking. Where the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the hire date(s), Council will retain the security bond lodged at the time of booking. Where notification of cancellation is received 28 days or more prior to the hire date(s), then the security bond will be returned.
CANCELLATION BY HIRER. 10.1 In the event of cancellation by the Hirer the University reserves the right to claim the following:-
(i) Where cancellations are made more than 6 months in advance of the hire - 25% of the total hire charge.
(ii) Where cancellations are made within 2 months to 6 months of the hire – 50% of the total hire charge.
(iii) Where cancellations are within 2 months of the hire – 100% of the total hire charge.
CANCELLATION BY HIRER. 7.1 Cancellation by Hirer – long term/business as usual/one off events
7.1.1 The Hirer must adhere to the Period of the Hiring and any changes must be agreed with the Council by telephoning the bookings line on 01257 515811. Hirers should note that all changes must be phoned in by the Hirer to the above telephone number.
7.1.2 If the Hirer wishes to cancel the Agreement then the Hirer must give to the Council notice to that effect. If such notice is given not later than fourteen working days (2 weeks) prior to the Period of the Hiring then the Council will refund/not charge to the Hirer the fee but otherwise the Council will be entitled to retain/ claim the whole fee
7.2 Cancellation by Hirer - Advanced block bookings (at least, or more than, three hours per day, three times a week)
7.2.1 The Hirer must adhere to the Period of the Hiring and any changes must be agreed with the Council by telephoning the bookings line on 01257 515811. Hirers should note that all changes must be phoned in by the Hirer to the above telephone number.
7.2.2 If a Booking Agreement is for at least or more than 3 hours per day, 3 times a week, and is made more than three weeks in advance, and the Hirer wishes to cancel the Agreement then the Hirer must give to the Council notice to that effect. If such notice is given not later than fourteen working days (2 weeks) prior to the Period of the Hiring then the Council will refund/not charge to the Hirer the hire fee but otherwise the Council reserves the right to retain/ claim the whole fee (particularly in the event that it is unable to obtain an alternative booking) and the Hirer shall be liable to pay the Council. The booking shall only be deemed cancelled upon receipt of written notification of such by the Hirer.
7.3 Cancellation by Hirer – Internal, Council funded, Free of Charge.
7.3.1 The Hirer must adhere to the Period of the Hiring and any changes must be agreed with the Council by telephoning the bookings line on 01257 515811. Hirers
7.3.2 If the Hirer wishes to cancel the Agreement then the Hirer must give to the Council notice to that effect. If such notice is given not later than fourteen working days (2 weeks) prior to the Period of the Hiring then the Council may re-charge the Hirer for the period of hire at £10.55 per hour.
CANCELLATION BY HIRER. If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking before the date of the event, the question of the payment or the repayment of the fee and any advance booking deposit shall be at the discretion of NHMC.
CANCELLATION BY HIRER. The hirer may cancel a booking. Where the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the hire date(s), GLYC may retain the booking fee. Where notification of cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to the hire date(s), then the booking fee and security bond will be returned.
CANCELLATION BY HIRER. (a) Subject to clause 4.1(b), you may cancel your Event at any time.
(b) Hiring Fees paid in advance will be fully refunded so long as the Event date is more than 14 days away.
(c) Hiring Fees for an Event cancelled within 14 days will not be refunded for non-members.
(d) An Event cancelled by members will receive a 50% refund of the Hiring Fee so long as the Event date is more than seven (7) days away.
(e) If the appropriate notice is not given, then the Hiring Fee will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION BY HIRER. 10.1 Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation should be advised to the Conference Services Team by email to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx . In the event of cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation by the Hirer the University reserves the right to claim the following:-

CANCELLATION BY HIRER. 17.1 If the Hirer wishes to cancel the hiring, in whole or in part, the Hirer must give to the School notice to that effect.
17.2 If such notice is given, no later than 3 days prior to the Period of Hire then the School will refund to the Hirer the Fee, but otherwise the School will be entitled to retain the whole of the Booking Fee.
