Cancellation of Bookings. Bookings confirmed by the Hirer and then cancelled 28 days or more before the date of the event will incur a 25% cancellation charge. Where bookings are cancelled less than 28 days prior to the date of the function the cancellation charge will be 50%. The full charge will be payable where the cancellation takes place less than 14 days prior to the function.

Cancellation of Bookings a) Unless otherwise agreed among the Parties, NextPax will pass along to the Channel Partner, through the NextPax Data, the Property Manager’s cancellation policy, which the Channel Partner will then pass along to the Guests. The Channel Partner will adhere to the relevant cancellation policy. In the event that the Channel Partner’s technology cannot support the relevant cancellation policy, any resulting difference in the amount of cancellation or “no-show” penalties collected from the Guest and the amount of penalties that are otherwise due under the relevant cancellation policy will be the responsibility of the Channel Partner. For the avoidance of doubt, in no case will the relevant Property Manager recover less than the cancelation fee set forth in its cancellation policy. The Channel Partner will not waive any cancellation or no show penalties without the prior written approval of the Property Manager. b) Unless otherwise agreed among the Parties, the Channel Partner may charge the Guest a cancellation penalty for cancellations that occur outside the penalty period represented by the Property Manager. The Channel Partner will retain the proceeds and may change the amount charged from time to time. c) Also with regard to cancellations that are subject to a cancellation penalty, NextPax is entitled to a commission. Such “cancellation commission” shall be equal to the amount of the cancellation penalty charged to the Guest, multiplied by the commission NextPax would have received if said Booking would not have been cancelled.

Cancellation of Bookings. Hirers must provide a minimum of seven days’ notice in writing prior to the event to avoid forfeit of fees. Council reserves the right to cancel any booking if the Centre is required for: • Council events • Facility maintenance • Municipal, State or Federal elections • National or regional emergency • Code Red days • Emergency maintenance Council will not be liable for any loss to the hirer due to cancellation by Council. Council will endeavour to assist groups to relocate to an alternative centre where possible. Council requires all functions celebrating 13th – 21st birthdays to register their event with the Victoria Police Party Safe Scheme. Registration can be completed online or at your local police station. It is strongly recommended events are not posted on social media sites. Hirer’s may be held liable for incidents and/or damage caused as a result.
Cancellation of Bookings. If Pikemere Out of School and Holiday Club are unable to provide a session for which you have a reservation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control a full refund will be made by us to you although Pikemere School will not be liable for any of your other costs or expenses or for any inconvenience caused.
