Cancellation of Bookings. Bookings confirmed by the Hirer and then cancelled 28 days or more before the date of the event will incur a 25% cancellation charge. Where bookings are cancelled less than 28 days prior to the date of the function the cancellation charge will be 50%. The full charge will be payable where the cancellation takes place less than 14 days prior to the function.

Where the hirer withdraws the booking less than 14 days prior to the booking, a cancellation fee of $50 may be charged. Where the hirer withdraws the booking less than 7 days prior to the booking, the sum total hire fee is payable and will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing. By Council Council reserves the right to cancel without notice any booking for which the required payment or bond has not been paid. If the Facility cannot be made available to the hirer on the date(s) for which it has been hired by reason beyond Council’s control; the Council will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the hirer as a result of the Facility being unavailable. All deposits and hire fees will be fully refunded.
Cancellation of Bookings a) Unless otherwise agreed among the Parties, NextPax will pass along to the Channel Partner, through the NextPax Data, the Property Manager’s cancellation policy, which the Channel Partner will then pass along to the Guests. The Channel Partner will adhere to the relevant cancellation policy. In the event that the Channel Partner’s technology cannot support the relevant cancellation policy, any resulting difference in the amount of cancellation or “no-show” penalties collected from the Guest and the amount of penalties that are otherwise due under the relevant cancellation policy will be the responsibility of the Channel Partner. For the avoidance of doubt, in no case will the relevant Property Manager recover less than the cancelation fee set forth in its cancellation policy. The Channel Partner will not waive any cancellation or no show penalties without the prior written approval of the Property Manager.
Cancellation of Bookings. Once a booking has been accepted, the College reserves the right to charge for the booking unless reasonable notice of cancellation has been given (21 days’ notice required for cancellation of facilities)
Cancellation of Bookings. All cancellations and requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing to the Hall Manager. Hire fees are non-refundable and non-transferable if less than 14 days written notice has been given. Please ensure that you have read this document carefully before signing the Hall Hire Agreement. Party Safe Registrations Council requires all functions celebrating 13th – 21st birthdays to register their event with the Victoria Police Party Safe Scheme. Hirer’s may be held liable for incidents and/or damage caused as a result.
