Cancellation of Bookings. Bookings confirmed by the Hirer and then cancelled 28 days or more before the date of the event will incur a 25% cancellation charge. Where bookings are cancelled less than 28 days prior to the date of the function the cancellation charge will be 50%. The full charge will be payable where the cancellation takes place less than 14 days prior to the function.

Cancellation of Bookings. By the Hirer No charges will be incurred where the hirer withdraws the booking more than 90 days prior to the event. If the booking is withdrawn in less than 90 days prior to the booking, the sum total of the deposit shall be retained by Council. In cases where the booking is cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the event, the hirer is liable for the full venue hire fee. By Council Council reserves the right to cancel without notice any booking for which the required deposit has not been paid. In the event that the facility cannot be made available to the hirer on the booked date(s) by reason beyond Council's control, Council will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the hirer as a result of the facility being unavailable. Cancellation of Bookings a) Unless otherwise agreed among the Parties, NextPax will pass along to the Channel Partner, through the NextPax Data, the Property Manager’s cancellation policy, which the Channel Partner will then pass along to the Guests. The Channel Partner will adhere to the relevant cancellation policy. In the event that the Channel Partner’s technology cannot support the relevant cancellation policy, any resulting difference in the amount of cancellation or “no-show” penalties collected from the Guest and the amount of penalties that are otherwise due under the relevant cancellation policy will be the responsibility of the Channel Partner. Cancellation of Bookings. A booking for use of Joint Use Space within a School may be cancelled at any time by the authorized representative of the Board. The authorized representative shall provide as much notice as reasonably possible to the Facility Scheduling Coordinator of the cancellation. The Facility Scheduling Coordinator shall notify the scheduled User Group. A User Group may cancel their booking for the use of Joint Use Space within a School at any time with notice to the Facility Scheduling Coordinator. A booking for use of Joint Use Space within Municipal Facilities may be cancelled at any time by the authorized representative of the Municipality.
