For the best chance of ensuring that a market order is canceled, a cancellation request should be placed at least fifteen minutes prior to the opening of the market. Please do not assume that any order has been executed or canceled until you have received a transaction confirmation from WFS via the eVISION system or other means. Also, please be aware that WFS, from time to time, receives late reports from Pershing, exchanges and market makers reporting the status of transactions. An Order will only be cancelled if the request is received by the market center to which the Order was routed and matched with the Order to be cancelled before it is executed. Client should not assume that any Order has been executed or cancelled until it has received a transaction or cancellation confirmation from BNYMCM. Any reporting or posting of errors, including execution prices, will be corrected to reflect what actually occurred in the marketplace. A Transaction may, under Applicable Laws, be cancelled on the grounds that it was “clearly erroneous” and BNYMCM shall have no liability for any loss either as a result of any such cancelled Transaction or Client’s reliance on such confirmation.

  • Filing of Amendments; Response to Commission Requests The Company will promptly advise the Representatives of any proposal to amend or supplement at any time the Initial Registration Statement, any Additional Registration Statement or any Statutory Prospectus and will not effect such amendment or supplementation without the Representatives’ consent; and the Company will also advise the Representatives promptly of (i) the effectiveness of any Additional Registration Statement (if its Effective Time is subsequent to the execution and delivery of this Agreement), (ii) any amendment or supplementation of a Registration Statement or any Statutory Prospectus, (iii) any request by the Commission or its staff for any amendment to any Registration Statement, for any supplement to any Statutory Prospectus or for any additional information, (iv) the institution by the Commission of any stop order proceedings in respect of a Registration Statement or the threatening of any proceeding for that purpose, and (v) the receipt by the Company of any notification with respect to the suspension of the qualification of the Offered Securities in any jurisdiction or the institution or threatening of any proceedings for such purpose. The Company will use its best efforts to prevent the issuance of any such stop order or the suspension of any such qualification and, if issued, to obtain as soon as possible the withdrawal thereof.

The Grantee or Management Company shall complete a CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification, which provides a unit-by-unit listing of all units in the Development for whom assistance is being requested and gives detailed information including the occupants’ eligibility, set-aside requirements, amount of household rent paid, utility allowance and amount of CRF Rental Subsidy requested. 2. The CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification shall be prepared as of the last day of each calendar month during the period of performance and shall be submitted to XXXXxxxxxxxx@XxxxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx and Florida Housing’s monitoring agent no later than the 15th day of the following month. The December 2020 request will be due on or before December 15th. The Grantee will submit executed Coronavirus Relief Fund Rental Assistance Applications and supporting documentation to Florida Housing’s monitoring agent within 5 days upon the monitoring agent’s request.
