Canine Handler. 67.1 Portland Police Bureau Dog Handlers who have a police canine kenneled at their residence, shall be paid one hour pay at the time-and-one-half (1½) rate per day for each regular day off they perform “kennel time” for their dog. “Kennel time” includes but is not limited to exercising the dog, grooming the dog, and cleaning up the dog run and similar duties.
