CAPACITY AND CAPABILITY. 5.1 The Personal Data Processor guarantees possession of the requisite technical and organisational capacity and capability, including technical solutions, expertise, financial and human resources, procedures and methods for meeting its obligations under this Processor Agreement and the applicable data-protection regulations.
5.2 At the request of the Personal Data Controller or a third party hired by the Personal Data Controller, the Personal Data Processor shall certify that the obligations arising from this Processor Agreement and the applicable data-protection regulations are met by providing the relevant documentation, referring to a relevant and approved code of conduct or certification, enabling and contributing to audits and inspections of premises, IT systems and other assets and/or providing appropriate evidence without undue delay.
CAPACITY AND CAPABILITY. 5.1 The Data Processor ensures that it possesses the necessary technical and organisational capacity and capability, including technical solutions, skills, financial and human resources, procedures and methods, to fulfil its obligations under the Agreement and Applicable Law.
5.2 The Data Processor, shall at the request of the Data Controller, confirm that the obligations set out in the Agreement and Applicable Law are fulfilled by providing relevant documentation, referring to relevant and approved code of conduct or certification, allowing and contributing to audits and inspections and/or providing the Data Controller other adequate evidence.
5.3 The Data Processor shall at the request of the Data Controller, without undue delay, give the Data Controller or an independent third party that the Data Controller has employed access to such information and documents that are necessary for the Data Controller to exercise effective control of the Data Processor’s actions under the Agreement or Applicable Law.
5.4 Without encumbering section 5.3, the Data Processor is only obliged to grant the Data Controller, or independent third party, as appointed, access to premises and equipment for inspection if it can occur without security or integrity risks or if such inspections are necessary to fulfil a legal obligation.
CAPACITY AND CAPABILITY. 9.1.1. To support SYB-ACS development there will be a process of aligning resources from ALBs to support delivery and establishing ACS integrated single assurance and regulation approach.
9.1.2. National capability and capacity will be available to support SYB from central teams including governance, finance and efficiency, regulation and competition, systems and national programme teams, primary care, urgent care, cancer, mental health, including external support.
CAPACITY AND CAPABILITY. Offeror must provide information about the firm that demonstrates the ability to provide sufficient professional competence, meet time schedules, accommodate cost considerations, and project administration requirements. Provide information that demonstrates your firm’s ability to perform the services required for this project. Include an organizational chart indicating key project team members, including any sub consultants, and their specific roles on the project and/or area(s) of expertise. Clearly identify the lead engineer who will be directly responsible for the project. Include in the organizational chart the percentage of time each team member will spend or commit to providing services toward the project. Provide brief resumes for the lead engineer and key project team members, describing why each team member was selected for this project, highlighting relevant project experience and knowledge. Indicate if a subcontractor is affiliated with the prime contractor as an affiliated company, firm, or business. Also identify the firms or teams list of current projects.
CAPACITY AND CAPABILITY. The ICBS has advanced thoughts and ideas concerning the use of GIS tools for monitoring and management of the network of interviewers. The professional staff of ICBS has the necessary knowledge and experience that allows the IT departments to independently build IT tools that can present the necessary phenomena on maps based on data collected in spatial databases and makes spatial decisions for survey management using getable GIS tools like application COLLECTOR and XXXXXX000 of the ArcGIS from Esri rce).
CAPACITY AND CAPABILITY. 6.1 TOPC acknowledges that it has the capacity and capability to effectively perform the Work set forth in detail in EXHIBIT C, Scope of Work.
6.2 TOPC agrees that no fees will be charged to any person or entity for any Work which is funded pursuant to this Agreement absent the written approval of the Entities.
