Care Coordinator Training. 4.4.3.2.1 The CONTRACTOR's Care Coordination program description shall specify the onboarding and ongoing training provided to Care Coordination staff by topic, frequency, and modality. Training must include, but is not limited to, the staff training described in Section 3.3.6 of this Agreement.

Care Coordinator Training. 2.5.2.5.1 Care Coordinators who serve Enrollees within the DoA Persons who are Elderly HCBS Waiver, DHS-DRS Persons with a Brain Injury HCBS Waiver, DHS-DRS Persons with HIV/AIDS HCBS Waiver, DHS-DRS Persons with Disabilities HCBS Waiver, or HFS Supportive Living Program HCBS Waiver must meet the applicable training requirements set forth in Appendix K.
Care Coordinator Training. 2.5.4.3.1. The CICO is responsible for the appropriate training for the Care Coordinator and verifying that the training or any certifications remain current. The CICO must have policies in place to address non-compliance with training by the Care Coordinators. At a minimum, educational and training topics will include person- centered planning processes, cultural and disability competencies, compliance with the ADA and independent living and recovery and wellness philosophies.
