CARE OF PET x. Xxxxxx shall accept and consider the Pet as a household companion, not as an outside pet, and will provide the Pet with a safe environment, humane treatment, and provide proper food, fresh water, shelter, and exercise. Xxxxxx agrees this Pet will not be abused in any manner. The Pet will not be chained at any time, nor will it be permitted off the property of the Xxxxxx unless accompanied by a mature individual. Pet shall not be used in any aspect of animal fighting. Pet shall not be the subject of or subjected to any biological, chemical, psychological, or other experiment.

CARE OF PET. The Pet Owner must annually provide a signed statement from their veterinarian stating that their Pet has been inoculated in accordance with State and Local law, the properties required inoculations, and that any animal over 6 months of age has been spayed or neutered. In addition to State or Local law the following are inoculations required by the property: Dogs Cats Rabies Rabies DHLPP-Distemper FVRCPP-Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis Hepatitis Calici Virus Para Influenza Panleukopenia Parvo Virus Pneumonitis
CARE OF PET i. Both parties agree that whilst the Pet is under their care they will be guided by the Animal Welfare Xxx 0000.
CARE OF PET. Both parties agree by this deed that whosoever is looking after the pet, known as [Please set out the name and species] regardless of who purchased this, that whilst the same is under their care and control, they will agree to adhere to the entirety of the Animal Welfare Act 2006 which came into force on 6th April 2007. This means that the owners/person with care of the pet will ensure the pet’s welfare needs are met taking into account the specific needs of the species/breed.   • Disclosure of Personal Data 18.1 To enable the Bank to consider whether to provide the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember with any financial, insurance, credit card, banking account, related product or service; (b) reward, loyalty or privileges programmes and related product or service; and (c) services and products offered by the Bank’s co-branding partners (collectively, “service” or “services”) the Account Holder and/or the Cardmember is required to supply to the Bank from time to time the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s personal details and information pertaining to any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s account held with the Bank and any of the Account Holder’s and/or Cardmember’s transactions and dealings with or through the Bank (“Personal Data”) and failure to do so may result in the Bank’s inability to provide such service. The Personal Data will be used for considering the Account Holder’s and/or the Cardmember’s request and subject to the Bank agreeing to provide such service, the Personal Data will be used in connection with the purposes set out in Clauses 18.2 and 18.3 below.

  • Confidential Nature of Personnel File All documents within an employee’s personnel file are considered to be confidential and shall remain within the sole jurisdiction and purview of the Employer and employee unless otherwise stipulated in this Agreement.

  • Use of Personal Vehicle Employees will not be required to use their personal vehicle for Company business.

  • Use of Personal Vehicles If the Employer is unable to provide transportation for the employee for projects located within ZONE II or ZONE III and the employee is requested to use his own vehicle by the Employer, the following shall apply:

  • Removal of Personnel TFC may request that the Contractor replace unsatisfactory personnel, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • REDUCTION OF PERSONNEL A. The District and the Association recognize the possibility that the financial condition of the schools at a given time could necessitate a curtailment of program on the part of the District, including a reduction of personnel. The parties also recognize that such determinations are within the exclusive discretion of the District. In the event of a general cutback or reduction of personnel through layoff from employment, the following procedure, based upon program needs, will be utilized by the District or its designated representatives:

  • Employment of Personnel Manager shall use its diligent efforts to investigate, hire, pay, supervise and discharge the personnel necessary to be employed by it to properly maintain, operate and lease the Property, including without limitation a property manager or business manager at the Property. Such personnel shall in every instance be deemed agents or employees, as the case may be, of Manager. Owner has no right of supervision or direction of agents or employees of Manager whatsoever; however, Owner shall have the right to require the reassignment or termination of any employee. All Owner directives shall be communicated to Manager’s senior level management employees. Manager and all personnel of Manager who handle or who are responsible for handling Owner’s monies shall be bonded in favor of Owner. Manager agrees to obtain and keep in effect fidelity insurance in an amount not less than Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000). All reasonable salaries, wages and other compensation of personnel employed by Manager, including so-called fringe benefits, worker’s compensation, medical and health insurance and the like, shall be deemed to be reimbursable expenses of Manager. Manager may allow its employees who work at the Property and provide services to the Property after normal business hours, to reside at the Property for reduced rents (or rent fee as provided in the Operating Budget) in consideration of their benefit to Owner and the Property, provided such reduced rents are reflected in the Annual Business Plan.
