Casual Employee. a A casual employee is an individual employed and paid as such under an appointment letter. A casual employee who; works may be engaged for work on an hourly basis at any time on any day of the week. In lieu of entitlements to the various forms of leave outlined in this Award, a “call in” basis, does not have casual employee will be paid a regular schedule and is not guaranteed hoursloading of 20% on the hourly rate of pay for the equivalent permanent position.
