Common use of Casual Rate Clause in Contracts

Casual Rate. (a) A casual Education Support Employee’s hourly rate of pay is calculated by taking the lowest pay subdivision of the appropriate classification level in Appendix 6, dividing by 38 and adding a loading of 33.3% to the nearest 10 cents.

Casual Rate. (a) A casual Casual Education Support Employee’s hourly rate of pay is calculated by taking the lowest pay subdivision of the appropriate classification (Category A) level in Appendix 65, dividing by 38 and adding a loading of 33.3% to the nearest 10 cents.
