Transfer of Entitlement. (a) Where a Doctor has a pro-rata long service leave entitlement and/or a normal entitlement on termination of employment and they move to the Department, any Hospital, Benevolent Home, Community Health Centre, Society or Association registered under the Health Services Act within two months, they may elect to transfer the entitlements rather than have them paid out.

  • Transfer of Rights This Agreement shall be binding on any successors of the parties. Neither party shall have the right to assign its interests in this Agreement to any other party, unless the prior written consent of the other party is obtained.

  • Transfer of Property On the date set forth above, the Grantor transferred to the Trust Estate and assets described in Attachment A which is attached and incorporated into the Trust. The Grantor or someone acting on the Grantor’s behalf may transfer property, during the life of the Grantor or by the Grantor’s Will, to the Trust and list such property on Attachment A.
