Common use of Catering Clause in Contracts

Catering. 1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing catering during the exhibition is reserved exclusively to the venue lessor or a third party engaged by the latter. 2. The exhibitor may not sell or provide free of charge refreshments and/or luxury foods unless on terms to be agreed the venue lessor or a third party engaged by the latter has granted exemption in writing. In deviation from the above the exhibitor may provide small refreshments to visitors to the stand space.
