Common use of CEA Leave Clause in Contracts

CEA Leave. 122 CEA members will, at the request of the CEA President, be granted twenty-five (25) days per year of 123 paid leave for purposes of CEA business not contrary to law. The twenty-five (25) days may be 124 extended to thirty-five (35) days upon request by the CEA President and approval of the District 125 superintendent. The CEA will be responsible for reimbursement to the District for the cost of 126 providing a substitute for the member(s) on leave.

CEA Leave. 122 107 CEA members will, at the request of the CEA President, be granted twenty-five (25) days per year 108 of 123 paid leave for purposes of CEA business not contrary to law. The twenty-five (25) days may be 124 109 extended to thirty-five (35) days upon request by the CEA President and approval of the District 125 110 superintendent. The CEA will be responsible for reimbursement to the District for the cost of 126 111 providing a substitute for the member(s) on leave.

CEA Leave. 122 98 CEA members will, at the request of the CEA President, be granted twenty-five (25) days per year of 123 paid 99 leave for purposes of CEA business not contrary to law. The twenty-five (25) days may be 124 extended to 100 thirty-five (35) days upon request by the CEA President and approval of the District 125 superintendent. The 101 CEA will be responsible for reimbursement to the District for the cost of 126 providing a substitute for the 102 member(s) on leave.

CEA Leave. 122 109 CEA members will, at the request of the CEA President, be granted twenty-five (25) days per year 110 of 123 paid leave for purposes of CEA business not contrary to law. The twenty-five (25) days may be 124 111 extended to thirty-five (35) days upon request by the CEA President and approval of the District 125 112 superintendent. The CEA will be responsible for reimbursement to the District for the cost of 126 113 providing a substitute for the member(s) on leave.
