CEB. CEB shall not offer or sell Covered Services to Health Care Provider Companies. Notwithstanding the forgoing, CEB may: (ii) sell its products and services to divisions and subsidiaries of companies other than Non-Health Care Companies, if such divisions or subsidiaries are themselves Non-Health Care Companies; and (iii) continue to renew pre-existing subscriptions with respect to those products and services that it has sold as of the Offering Date to any then existing client, if such client was a subscriber to such products or services immediately prior to such subscription renewal and such products and services do not specifically address health care provider industry issues.

CEB. Employees must submit proof of completing forty (40) hours of continuing professional development training in leadership, management, or other area of advanced professional training (excluding POST in-service training hours) or two college or graduate level course (6 semester units or 68 quarter units) each fiscal year in order to qualify for the Continuing Education bonus commencing July 1st of each year.

CEB. FISCAL YEAR 2002-03 a. Excused Absences - To be an excused absence, an absence for captains and commanders must be approved by the concerned bureau commanding officer and an absence for deputy chiefs must be approved by the Chief of Police. An employee with more than two excused absences in one fiscal year for Leadership for the 21st Century shall be deemed as not fulfilling the requirements of the Continuing Education Bonus. A copy of all absences granted as excused and the reasons therefore shall be forwarded to the Chief of Police.

The Company acknowledges that the Representative is a full service securities firm and as such from time to time, subject to applicable securities laws, may effect transactions for its own account or the account of its customers and hold long or short position in debt or equity securities of the Company.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • Principal Investigator The Research will be supervised by __________________ ("Principal Investigator").
