Certification Compensation. Faculty will receive compensation at the established rate for Faculty Technology Certification. Compensation for this modular training will total no more than two thousand dollars ($2,000) per faculty member.

Certification Compensation. Faculty will receive compensation of $1,500 for completing the online faculty certification and meeting outcomes effective upon ratification of this agreement.
Certification Compensation. Nurses who obtain and maintain current certification as recognized by the American Nurses Association and/or National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) shall be paid an additional one dollar ($1.00) per hour. The certification must have written approval by the Director of Nursing and be directly applicable to their home department in which they are regularly scheduled. Only one certification will be recognized for compensation per individual nurse. When the RN certifies or re-certifies his/her relevant certification, he/she will present the relevant documentation to the Human Resources Office. Any increase in pay will be effective the first full pay period following receipt of documentation in the Human Resources Office. If relevant documentation of re-certification is not given to the Human Resources Office, certification pay will cease upon expiration of his/her certification.
Certification Compensation. Water Treatment and Distribution II and III: Employees currently working in Water Treatment shall receive a one-time bonus of 1% of their base wage for Level II when required for the employee’s position and a one-time bonus of 1% of their base wage for Level III when required for the employee’s position. Employee’s in these positions as of July 1, 2017 will receive one bonus in their current position. Wastewater Treatment and Collection II and III: Employees currently working in Wastewater Treatment shall receive a one-time bonus of 1% of their base wage for Level II when required for the employee’s position and a one-time bonus of 1% of their base wage for Level III when required for the employee’s position. Employee’s in these positions as of July 1, 2017 will receive one bonus in their current position.
Certification Compensation. The Employer agrees to pay an additional $0.50 per hour to certified EMS Instructor Coordinators (EMS-IC) and an additional $0.25 per hour for certified CPR Instructors. It shall be at the sole discretion of the Fire Chief how many EMS-IC’s and CPR Instructors the Department will have.
Certification Compensation i. Varsity head coaches who are CAP certified at Levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 will have 1.00% added to their pay rate percentage.
