Certification of Dues. The rate at which dues are to be deducted shall be certified to the payroll clerk by the Treasurer of the Union as the new amounts take effect prior to January of each year. One (1) month advance notice must be given to the payroll clerk prior to making any changes in an individual’s dues deductions.
