Common use of Certifications, Licenses, Permits and Professional Associations Clause in Contracts

Certifications, Licenses, Permits and Professional Associations. (a) Regular employees who have passed their probationary period who are required by the Employer to maintain membership in a professional association as a condition of their employment or to hold and maintain accreditation or permits shall be reimbursed such costs to maintain their accreditation or permits upon presentation of proof of payment. (b) Where a medical examination is required to maintain a professional drivers license as a condition of employment, the Employer shall reimburse such medical examination costs upon presentation of proof of payment.
