Leave of Absence for Full-Time Union or Public Duties An employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the Union or anybody with which the Union is affiliated, or who is elected to public office, shall be granted leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority.
Full-Time Union Leave An employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the Union or any body with which the Union is affiliated, may be granted leave of absence without loss of seniority for a period of one (1) year. Such leave shall be renewed each year, on request, during his term of office. Such employee shall receive his pay and benefits as provided for in this agreement but the Union shall reimburse the Employer the costs of wage and fringe benefits during the period of absence.
Regular Full-Time Employee An employee who is in a regular budgeted position and whose normal work schedule is intended to be forty (40) hours of work per week.
Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.
Full-Time Union or Public Duties The Employer shall grant, on written request, leave of absence without pay:
Full-Time Nurse is a Nurse who is hired to a position on a regular or temporary basis to work the work period described in Article 7.00 of this Agreement.
Full-Time Employment (a) A full-time Employee is an Employee who is engaged to work an average of 36 ordinary hours per week.
Regular Full-Time A regular full-time employee is any person employed on a full-time permanent basis whose duties fall within the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2 of this Agreement and who has completed the probationary period.
