CHANGE IN LEGAL STATUS. Without Lenders consent, Xxxxxxxx represents and agrees that Borrower will not (i) change its name, its place of business or, if more than one, chief executive office, its mailing address, or organizational identification number if it has one, or (ii) change its type of organization, jurisdiction of organization or other legal structure. If Borrower does not have an organizational identification number and later obtains one, Borrower shall promptly notify Lender of such taxpayer identification number.

CHANGE IN LEGAL STATUS. In the event of a change in, or amendment or modification of the legal status or existence of the Customer, this Guaranty Agreement shall continue and shall also cover the indebtedness of the Customer under the new or amended status, according to the terms hereof guaranteeing the obligations of the original Customer.
CHANGE IN LEGAL STATUS. 35.1 Any change in legal status of the Authority such that it ceases to be a Contracting Authority shall not affect the validity of the Contract. In such circumstances, the Contract shall bind and inure to the benefit of any successor body to the Authority.
35.2 The Authority may assign, novate or otherwise dispose of its rights and obligations under the Contract or any part thereof to any other body established under statue in order to substantially perform any of the functions that had previously been performed by the Authority.

(i) Change its name, its place of business or, if more than one, chief executive office, or its mailing address or organizational identification number (if applicable), prior to giving Lender ten (10) days prior written notice; or (ii) change its type of organization, jurisdiction of organization or other legal structure, prior to giving Lender at least forty-five (45) days prior written notice. If any Loan Party does not have an organizational identification number and later obtains one, such Loan Party shall promptly notify Lender of such organizational identification number.
CHANGE IN LEGAL STATUS. (i) Change its name, its place of business or, if more than one, chief executive office, or its mailing address or organizational identification number if it has one, and (ii) change its type of organization, jurisdiction or organization. If Borrower does not have an organizational identification number and later obtains one, Borrower shall forthwith notify Bank of such organizational identification number; and
CHANGE IN LEGAL STATUS. 7.1 The Recipient shall provide thirty (30) days’ written notice to CCO prior to any dissolution, amalgamation, legal or business name change or any other action that would change the legal status of the Recipient. The notice should outline the details of such actions, including without limitation, the Recipient’s new legal name, operating name, contact information, address, and authorized signatories, as applicable. Failure to provide such notice may result in delays in or cancellation of the payment of Funds.
CHANGE IN LEGAL STATUS. Lessee shall notify Lessor of any amendment made to the Articles of Association governing Lessee Company (change in legal status, new corporate name, new head office, etc.) within the month following such amendment, and shall inform Lessor as prescribed by article 1690 of the French Civil Code regarding any full or partial merger. In the event of a partial merger, the contributing company shall continue to assume joint and several liability and guarantee with respect to the merger beneficiary, for the payment of lease and charges and for fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the lease.
CHANGE IN LEGAL STATUS. If for any reason the legal status of the Property changes in such a way that the Open Space Easement is extinguished, the Property condemned, or the Easement document found legally ambiguous, water quality and wild life habitat should continue to be protected.
