Change of Enrolment. (a) Principal Cardholders are given the option to change the Enrolments by selecting different Spend Categories (excluding Bonus Category) (“Revised Enrolment”). For each change of Spend Category, a one- time maintenance service fee (the “Fee”) of Ringgit Malaysia Ten and Sen Sixty (RM10.60), comprising of maintenance service fee = RM10.00 and GST (at the rate of 6 ) = RM0.60, will be charged at the point of revision of Enrolment.

Change of Enrolment. Enrolment in the program will continue for a full school year unless altered or discontinued. NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING BY WEEK 8 OF THE PRECEDING TERM. Lessons cannot be cancelled at any other time Student Commitment: I choose to take part in the 2019 Music Program. I am committed to the following: To practice on my instrument for at least twenty minutes, five times a week. To attend the orchestra rehearsal every week. To look after my instrument, whether hired or my own. To attend my weekly music lessons as scheduled. To remember to bring my instrument, music diary and music book to school on lesson days. To notify my tutor as soon as possible or at least 24 hours prior to my lesson, if I am unable to attend my next lesson for any reason. Parent Authorisation: When my child commences music lessons, I agree: To his/her full participation in the String Program including orchestra and concerts That the music lesson fees, orchestra, admin and hire fees, will be billed each semester. To purchase the required instrumental books and accessories as recommended by the Tutor. That my child will continue lessons for the full academic year. Notice of withdrawal must be received in writing by Week 8 of the preceding term. Enrolment continues from year to year unless notification of withdrawal is given as stated above. That if the student is unable to attend a lesson that you MUST contact the tutor directly at least 24 hours prior to the lesson. In these cases the lesson may be rescheduled. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for the missed lesson.

  • Change of Scope 16.1.1 The Authority may, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, require the provision of additional works and services which are not included in the Scope of the Project as contemplated by this Agreement (the “Change of Scope”). Any such Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Article 16 and the costs thereof shall be expended by the Concessionaire and reimbursed to it by the Authority in accordance with Clause 16.3.

  • CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.

  • Change of agreement (a) We may at any time vary, modify, add to or delete the terms and conditions of this agreement and the Privacy Circular and we will notify you of any such changes in such manner as we may, in our reasonable discretion, deem fit.
