Change of Shift Allowance. 30.1 The change of shift allowance is payable to a Registered Nurse Division 2 where a roster for a Registered Nurse Division 2 is fixed in advance by the Employer the change of shift allowance is payable whenever an Employee changes from working on one shift to working on another shift the time of commencement of which differs by four hours or more than from that of the first.
