Changes in Hours of Work. (a) No existing employee covered by this Agreement and employed by the polytechnic at 29 May 1991 shall be required to carry out Saturday work other than by agreement. (b) Employees employed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at 29 May 1991 shall not have their existing hours of work altered other than by agreement between employee and employer.

Changes in Hours of Work. (a) 5.2.1 No existing employee covered by this Agreement agreement shall have their existing hours of work altered other than by agreement between the employee and employer. 5.2.2 No employee covered by this agreement and employed by the polytechnic Institute as at 29 May 1991 19 December 1998 shall be required to carry out Saturday work other than by agreement. (b) Employees employed pursuant 5.2.3 Any work to be undertaken on a Saturday shall in the terms of this Agreement at 29 May 1991 shall not have first instance be offered to any employee currently undertaking the same or similar work within the particular occupational class during their existing ordinary hours of work altered other than by agreement between employee and employerwork.
