Changes in Specification. The Specifications may be amended or otherwise changed from time-to-time by written agreement of Seller and AT&T. Prior to any such change becoming effective, all Products and Parts shipped by Seller to AT&T shall conform to the existing Specifications, unless AT&T shall otherwise request. After the effective date of any change, all Products and Parts shipped by Seller shall conform to such changed Specifications, except that Seller shall continue to make available, for the period specified in Section 5.4, Parts under all previous Specifications unless change to the Part does not affect its interchangeability with Parts manufactured before such time. Drawing corrections and minor changes which have no effect on interchangeability shall not be deemed to be a change in the Specifications.

Changes in Specification. If the Specifications must be modified by requirement of a Regulatory Authority, or a process change would be required under the CMC, or other applicable governmental application, Manufacturer shall make such change in a prompt and timely manner. If such modification results in the requirement to reprocess and/or retest previously manufactured and otherwise acceptable API, any additional costs incurred by Manufacturer in such reprocessing and/or retesting shall be paid by Customer upon submission by Manufacturer of documentation and justification of such costs. Any process changes or Specification modifications pursuant to this Section 13 shall occur pursuant to change control procedures agreed upon by Manufacturer and Customer.
Changes in Specification. 24.1 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Pumps Limited and associated companies may at any time make changes in writing relating to the contract, including changes in the drawings or specifications, method of shipment, quantities, packing or time or place of delivery. If such changes result in an increase in cost of, or time required for, the performance of the contract, an equitable adjustment shall be made to the price, delivery schedule or both. Any claim or adjustment by the Supplier must be approved by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Pumps Limited and associated companies in writing before the Supplier proceeds with such change.

(2) The Distributor agrees that, except as approved in writing by the Supplier, it will not and will ensure that its Approved Dealers will not make any modifications to, or in any way vary, the specification of Products supplied to it by Supplying Companies.
Changes in Specification. 10.1 AGCO may make improvements or modifications to the design or specification of or fitments to any of the Products at any time but shall be under no obligation to apply the same to any Products previously purchased by the Distributor. 10.2 AGCO reserves for itself and AGCO Associate Companies and AGCO Supplying Companies the right to discontinue the manufacture of any of the Products without incurring any obligation or liability to the Distributor, but AGCO shall endeavour to make available for a reasonable period Parts for the servicing of such discontinued Products. 10.3 The Distributor agrees that, except as approved in writing by AGCO, it will not and will ensure that its Approved Dealers will not make any modifications to, or in any way vary, the specification of Products supplied to it by AGCO Supplying Companies or to be repaired or serviced by it.
Changes in Specification. 7.1 XXXXXXXXXX should nevertheless be informed beforehand if the SUPPLIER wishes to make changes to the specifications which in the assessment of the SUPPLIER do not have any effect on the required product standard. This refers to changes in the product material changes in respect of basic production processes changes in the specifications changes in the test processes and test parameters 7.2 If it has genuine and demonstrable reservations regarding the quality of the product, XXXXXXXXXX reserves the right to object to the prescribed changes. In this case the SUPPLIER is obliged, at his own cost, to produce evidence that the projected changes do not have any negative effect on the product quality. If SCHOMÄCKER itself carries out any tests, then the SUPPLIER shall bear the costs of these only if the test results are negative. 7.3 The SUPPLIER shall deliver the deviant products only after XXXXXXXXXX has given its written approval. The deviant products must be specially marked and must be accompanied by a copy of the above-mentioned deviation approval.
