Changes to legislation. If during the term of this CLA new legislation or regulations enter into force that affects the provisions of this CLA, the CLA parties will consult on the need for interim adjustment. The aim shall be that the current agreements remain in force during the term of the CLA as far as possible, or that an agreement is replaced by a different agreement.
Changes to legislation. 9.1 In the event of a change to any applicable law or regulation affecting the Services, Ceridian may make changes to the Agreement as are reasonably necessary to address such changes, with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Client.
